I am testing the default capture with default subject, nothing changed.
I did not get any feedback after I clicked the YES button.

Try this:
1. Go to Devices page
2. Delete the Sender/Device that is not responding with capture
3. Create new Device with same number
4. Connect to whatsapp by scanning the QR code
